簡歷：

陳衛標，理學博士，中科院上海光學精密機械研究所，研究員，國家高技術863專家組成員。主要從事全固態激光器及其激光在空間、大氣和海洋領域的應用研究，曾主持完成我國第一臺空間全固態激光器，并應用探月工程嫦娥一號激光高度計；主持完成嫦娥三號激光著陸器用全固態激光器；研發多種激光雷達，包括多普勒激光雷達，激光測深儀和成像激光雷達。

Biography

   Weibiao Chen, Ph.D, research professor in Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, CAS. He has been studying technology of all solid-state laser and application system. He and his group developed the first spaceborne all solid-state laser in China, and it was successfully used in laser altimeter of CHANGE’1 lunar explorer. His group also developed the all solid-state laser and fiber laser for lunar safe-landing. He has been developing several lidar systems, including Doppler lidar, laser bathymetry and imaging lidar.
